The interior headliner in the rear section of my vehicle has begun sagging significantly, which obstructs rear visibility and creates a potential driving hazard.  Based on my research and discussions with service professionals, this issue appears to be a manufacturer defect rather than normal wear. I have also learned that the Mercedes-Benz GLA 250\u2014which shares a platform with the Infiniti QX30\u2014experienced the same headliner sagging issue. In fact, this problem was considered a safety concern due to restricted rear visibility.  Despite this being a known issue on a mechanically and structurally similar model, I was informed that my Infiniti dealer does not currently have a recall or coverage directive for this defect. As a consumer, I believe this issue should fall under manufacturer responsibility, as it affects visibility, vehicle safety, and structural integrity of the interior components.  I respectfully request that NHTSA review this complaint as it relates to both driver safety and potential widespread defect concerns across this model. I also urge NHTSA to investigate whether Infiniti should extend the same consideration and remedy as Mercedes-Benz provided to GLA 250 owners for the same issue.  Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2017","productMake":"INFINITI","productModel":"QX30","manufacturer":"Nissan North America, Inc."}]}]}
