The vehicle remains partially or fully braked and won\u2019t roll freely for up to 30 minutes while on a freeway or highway. We are able to move the car to the side of road when this happens but slowly. In one case we attempted to exit the freeway and the breaks got so hot they locked up in the middle of an intersection and the police department had to direct traffic around us. When this happens the warning lights are \u201crear cross traffic unavailable \u201c and \u201cforward collision unavailable\u201d.
