Instead of documenting the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) and providing a report, the dealer cleared the fault code and recalibrated the system without my authorization, effectively erasing critical evidence of the malfunction. The invoice confirms this.  Inspections by others: The vehicle was inspected only by the Toyota dealer. It has not yet been inspected by the manufacturer, police, or insurance representatives, but I have legal counsel and am preserving the evidence for further independent inspection.  Warning lamps/messages: Yes. The SRS Airbag System Malfunction message appeared immediately after the collision on October 3, 2025.
