My car is a 2021 i.d.4 and JUST fell out of warranty, which means the repairs are not covered. The VW dealership told me the 12v battery has failed AND the 5F unit has also failed. The 12v is $713.25 to replace, and the infotainment 5F unit is $1,631.93 to replace.
