Technician is telling me that's how it is, does that mean raining days I have to drive without a functional horn?   Sunny days it works fine, as that's how every vehicle should be. But under slippery, foggy and limited vision raining days, car becomes mute on horn, how would that be fine and normal?   The horn is a federally mandated safety feature. A horn that fails in the rain is a safety defect.   Tesla need to have attention on this and either fix the issue or replace the horn with other better designed product.
