After signing the contract, I was informed that there were two recalls on the vehicle that would be taken care of by the end of the day. I was allowed to use my trade-in as a loaner vehicle until the end of the day when I came back. It has been almost a full month and I still have not received possession of my new vehicle. There is no estimated date of the dealership receiving the part to repair the recall. I was told that things haven\u2019t been the same since Covid so nobody knows how long it will take. I have been able to use my trade-in, which was            paid off by the dealership, as a loaner, but I  want my new vehicle or I want to know my options for looking for another car.
