In 2023, took in to ford dealership & told rattle noise was normal & not significant enough to replace (mentioned the Ford CSP notice of the issue), progressively over the last two years rattling has been getting worse (especially when idling), took it to different ford dealer and they confirmed it has been the flex plate (but now is outside of the CSP coverage). No engine warning lights were on, which is more concerning as the rattling and vibrations worsen over time. Was told that if not fixed the whole car could stop & break down, which poses a safety risk. Multiple other customer complaints about safety issues and concerns with this known issue of flex plates cracking that ford is not taking responsibility for as the CSP doesn\u2019t cover vehicles over 10yrs old or over 100,000 miles\u2014 leaving drivers with unsafe vehicles with crack flex plates.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2019","productMake":"FORD","productModel":"FUSION","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"}]}]}
