At cold start up you could hear the timing chain hitting the 'guide' until the oil pressure built up and provided enough tension.  I was covered by an aftermarket warranty - which paid all the labor ($1700). I had to pay a $100 deductible -along for the parts ($300). I feel that this should be looked into and Cadillac should replace any tensioner that might be defective- since this could cause catastrophic engine failure. If you check - it does appear the 'new tensioner' part number is a revision- indicating Cadillac probably knows the old part number was defective!","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2019","productMake":"CADILLAC","productModel":"XT4","manufacturer":"General Motors, LLC"}]}]}
