Only 8000 miles on vehicle. Nobody else was on the road, there are no sidewalks. It would be impossible for a rock or other object to hit it from the back while I was driving 40mph. There was nothing being transported inside the back area of the vehicle and no sudden braking or movements in the car. The entire window exploded into the vehicle while all supporting parts dangled. I drove directly to the Ford dealership who confirmed it, took pictures, vacuumed up the window, and filed a claim, but Ford corporate denied a warranty claim. There were no other indications or warnings, and this is a vehicle driven for pleasure.
