While making a normal adjustment to the rearview mirror, the entire mirror assembly broke off the windshield and pulled pieces of the glass with it. There was no impact, no accident, and no excessive force\u2014this happened during a routine adjustment while parked.  The mount clearly failed, not the driver. This leaves the mirror unusable, damages the windshield, and creates a safety hazard. I\u2019ve since discovered that other Wagoneer owners are reporting the same issue.  I\u2019m requesting warranty or goodwill coverage for repair/replacement, as this is a factory defect in the mirror mount or adhesive, not typical glass damage.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2023","productMake":"JEEP","productModel":"WAGONEER","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
