The car jumped onto the pathway and collided with the glass door of the property located at  [XXX] \".  I attempted to control the car using the brakes immediately, but the vehicle was not responding and remained out of control. There were no alert sounds or warnings before or during the incident. The vehicle finally stopped only after hitting the glass door.  I strongly believe this was caused by a software or system bug, as the sudden acceleration occurred without my intervention.  Please investigate this issue thoroughly, as it raises serious safety concerns.
