This happens at least 3 times per week. The camera image appears normal at first, but then freezes on a still frame while the car is in reverse. This creates a major safety hazard because the display shows a clear path even when something may be behind the vehicle. I have nearly backed into objects because the frozen image does not reflect real-time surroundings.  This issue appears to be recurring and not related to weather or driving conditions. Power cycling the car usually clears it temporarily, but the problem returns. A malfunctioning backup camera significantly reduces rear visibility and increases the risk of a collision. I am reporting this because this seems like a safety-critical defect that should be investigated.  Frequency: Several times per week since April 2025 when I bought the car.
