On the Center Display, I lost display and audio.  This failure also impacted hands-off features, radio, use of traction /snow/slippery features, map, vehicle manuel, bluetooth, etc.  The dealer service department (Autonation Westlake, Ohio) replaced the APIM at that time  In September 2025 at approximately 48,300 miles there was complete failure of of the Center Display impacting the same features noted above.  In addition the interior lights are not properly working.  The service department of the dealer (Autonation Westlake, Ohio) informed me that their diagnotics revealed the failure of the Audio Control Module and the possibly the APIM.  The service department replaced the Audio Control Module.  This did not correct the problem.  The service department said that the APIM, which had been previously replaced, needed to be replaced.  After nearly eight weeks, the APIM has not been replaced.  The service department has been unable to send the code to Ford Motor to get the replacement part.
