Premier Jeep in Hyannis, MA 02601 said it was the start/stop battery and replaced it. a month later the car experienced  an system failure and the car put the parking brake on and put the car in park and shut it off WHILE I WAS IN TRAFFIC! this time the dealer service said it was the lift gate mechanism and the on/off/start button. these have been replaced. each incident resulted in the vehicle spending a week in the shop. I asked for a loaner but none available both times. now the car is back in the repair shop because when I get in to start it it turns itself off right away. no loaner car was offered.
