This happened because the rod bearing came loose which has been a known issue with Kia. There\u2019s already been a class action law suit, and recall with warranty. Now the Kia dealership in Lynchburg has refused to honor this warranty. Stating they can\u2019t do the required rod bearing clearance test because the engine doesn\u2019t have compression.
