When I pressed the accelerator, the engine failed to start.  On multiple attempts engine would not start and I could smell electrical burn.  The CHP was on site and we attempted to push the car to the side and out of the fast lane.  However, since the engine would not start, there was no way to shift the car into Neutral gear.  This is a design flaw and could lead a serious injury of fatality if the drive is stuck on the freeway and unable to move car.  Even with Tow Truck, the car had to be dragged onto the truck bed.  This is related to recall no. 25V-644.
