While this was going on, the dash displayed powertrain failure. I was only able to get it to stop by turning off the car. When I turned the car on following the event, I had a check engine code: P1B13-00 \"Park-By-Wire-Unintended Out of Park Position\". Since that incident, the car has excessive forward roll when putting the car in park. The shifting has become unpredictable and rough, it  also gets stuck in 4th gear often. I took my car to a Chrysler dealership to see if it was in recall R08 / NHTSA 15V-090, I was told it was not and that I would have to pay for them to inspect it.
