This is not normal wear and tear. The truck only has 60k miles on it and is still under warranty till 1/17/26. The steering column is supposed to last the Life of the truck.  I brought the truck to dealership (nye) to diagnose the cause of the bad steering column. But instead they tell me they cant tell me the cause of the faulty steering column. Instead I recieve a quote to pay to replace it.  I have called and even emailed the manager as he is suppose to be cerified to diagnose the cause or to give his professional opinion but I get no call back or even reply to my emails.  This was in an accident before but the insurance says this is not caused by the accident. Id like to mention the airbags didn't deploy when the truck drove into the telephone pole.
