Before we could get down the driveway, my car VIOLENTLY slammed itself into park to the point that I was convinced I had to have hit someone. No warnings no nothing, just WHAM, causing my lower back to feel tweaked now. After jumping out and seeing nothing, I immediately brought my car to the dealership for inspection. When I arrived, I was told that the sensors are just too sensitive, and the gentleman helping me also has the same vehicle. He said his wife hates the car and turns off all safety features in order to drive the car. You want me to turn off all the safety features to prevent a crash because it is turning itself on and could cause one? I do not feel comfortable operating this vehicle with myself in the car, let alone the two very young nephews and my pregnant sister, who I frequently drive around.
