The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who was unable to retrieve any fault codes but informed the contact that the 12-Volt battery was not at full charge. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed, and determined that the accelerator pedal assembly and the main computer had produced fault codes, but the dealer later stated that there were no codes. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure and a case was opened but was later closed.
