Luckily, the car was parked in my driveway when this occurred. If the car was in motion when the ICCU failure occurred it would have been very dangerous. The car cannot be driven. The car's system shows Hyundai Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P1A906. The problem has been confirmed by a dealer.  A new ICCU has been ordered.
