Impact on safety:   - I frequently struggle to see clearly under these lighting conditions, compromising my ability to react properly to traffic, obstacles, or sudden changes \u2014 especially when approaching intersections or dealing with glare.   - This defect endangers not only me and my passengers, but also other road users: drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians.
