The recall instructs owners to stop charging the vehicle and to park away from structures due to fire risk. There is no remedy available.  As a result, I cannot safely use the vehicle as intended. Stellantis Financial Services told me the only option is to pay off the lease to return it, which is unreasonable during an unresolved fire-risk safety recall.  I am requesting NHTSA involvement because the manufacturer has not provided a remedy, loaner vehicle, or safe alternative transportation.
