He filled back up and vehicle ran with no problems. A day or so later noticed again and my husband checked again and realized again and low again and checked all and no apparant leak in lines or hoses but short drive again to check it began to overheat and check engine light came on and he read up and becoming aware of issue with this coolant leak into cylinder. He took to Sullivan Ford dealership and confirmed pressure test of coolant in cylinder # 1 and had to replace engine assembly. No offer by Ford to assist.
