Alarm sounds and lights up warning on drivers display board.  This alarmed the driver during movement on multiple occasions, causing unnecessary distraction.  Driver sometimes ignores the signal because of the frequency of the false alarm and missed an actual moment where teenager was unbuckled.    This is very dangerous.
