I paid for the 8 year Blue Cruise option.  The Blue Cruise function has never worked properly even after allowing Ford to service the vehicle on 2 separate occasions - once for almost 2 weeks.  When adaptive cruise + lane positioning is selected, the car will go into Blue Cruise and then within 30 second give a watch the road warning (regardless of face position) and then force the car to slow down - very alarming and very dangerous.  This happened on multiple occasions on I81 which created a safety issue.  Every attempt to deal with FORD has failed.
