After replacement of the 12 volt battery, the on board charger, and the wiring harness due to complete system failure, I picked up the car from service. Within an hour of having the car back, the dashboard suddenly went blank while I was driving.  There was no warning or notice. This presented a safety issue as I was using GPS and relying on directions at the time. I pulled over and turned off the car and tried to \u201creset\u201d the dashboard and was unable to do so after several tries.
