I dropped it at the Ford Dealership (Koons Ford Woodbridge, Woodbridge, VA 22193). The Dealership informed me that the vehicle is not covered Under and warranty or Customer Satisfaction Program. The symptoms on my vehicle are same as of Bulletin 22N12, the manufacturing plant is also the same as mentioned in bulletin 22N12, but neither the dealership nor the Ford Customer Service is helping me out. The dealership told me to get the vehicle repaired first and wait if the vehicle ever falls in the warranty and I will be reimbursed. If am looking for help to resolve this matter.
