The screen flickers, freezes, becomes unresponsive, and frequently fails to connect.  The malfunction creates a safety concern because the screen controls critical functions such as navigation, rear-view camera display, Bluetooth/phone connectivity, and vehicle settings. When the screen freezes or flickers, I am unable to safely access navigation or hands-free phone features, causing distraction while driving and increasing the risk of an accident. The issue has occurred repeatedly during normal vehicle operation.  There were no warning lamps prior to the malfunction. Symptoms include screen flickering, freezing, delayed response, and loss of connectivity.
