The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 25V695000 (Back Over Prevention) and 25V827000 (Structure); however, the parts to do the recall repairs were unavailable. The contact stated that while in reverse(R), the rearview camera displayed a black image. The contact stated that upon shifting to drive(D), a message advising that the camera was unavailable was displayed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the camera was reprogrammed; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that the camera needed to be replaced.  The vehicle was not repaired. While inspecting the vehicle, the dealer noticed that the front driver's side door panel was detaching and preventing the vehicle from unlocking. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repairs.  The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and confirmed that the recall remedy parts were not available.
