Ultimately, when I was on the highway, it all went black. Nothing is visible anymore. I can’t tell if I need gas, if my tires are low, if an oil change is due, or if there are any warnings I should be aware of. Essentially, all the information I require is missing. This occurred during the 3rd year I owned the car, but it only happened a handful of times. The belt-driven starter generator failed after just 3 years of having the brand new car. Fortunately, it was included in the powertrain warranty, so it was repaired. However, I recall experiencing the same problem, and everything in my car was malfunctioning, including the radio. At that moment, I believed that was the source of the issue because it hadn't happened for quite some time. After I resolved that issue, about a year later, my cluster began to malfunction again with the glitching. It would glitch for a short period and then return to normal. However, this time it’s even worse, and now it’s completely black.
