Other more common issue is that vehicle RPMs go up when trying to accelerate but vehicle does not accelerate, just RPMs go up.  This happened about 5 times over the past year and a half.  Most noticeable time was where I couldn\u2019t accelerate after at all until I pulled over and put it in park.  Then back to drive again and worked fine.
