The trunk window had a whole and it started to shatter. The window completely shattered and fell. No evidence of a rock hitting the window was present. The temperature was 45 degrees. The coldness was not an issue, as this car has been in below 0 degree weather. I called Acura dealership. They told me they had never heard of this issue and didn\u2019t offer to inspect the vehicle. I had to find a fix outside of Acura. No warning lights or prior failure issues with windows.
