I read there were safety recalls due to this issue for 2006 Dodge Durango's but a recall isn't appearing for my vehicle.  When filling it fills fine until almost a full tank. Once it reaches full tank the gas pump clicks off then a gush of fuel spills out of my car. I bought it last year and it does it every time we put a full tank in it if you don't catch it and manually shut pump off before full.
