Attempted to take my truck to Ford of Murfreesboro as there is a recall that is out on this issue for some 2025 Maverick EcoBoost trucks, even though it doesn't show up on my VIN, all symptoms on the recall I am experiencing. Ford of Murfreesboro service personnel was rude from the start and when I told them I didn't have an appointment, but feel like this is a safety concern they were quick to tell me it would be over a week before they could even look at it, and even if I had an appointment, it wouldn't be looked at for a week. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership, and I will be an advocate that people DO NOT bring their vehicle to Ford of Murfreesboro if they want to actually be taken care of if their vehicle has any issues.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2025","productMake":"FORD","productModel":"MAVERICK","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"}]}]}
