Battery had been replaced by local Jeep dealer within last 12 months.  Contacted dealer, Keller Motors, while sitting in vehicle and made arrangements to drop off. Drove 3 miles to town with light still on. Then seat belt warning light came on and vehicle electrical system suffered complete shut down and would not restart. Got out and detected a smoke smell. Vehicle would not restart.  Had vehicle towed to local Jeep dealer and reported issues to service manager.  They will look at Jeep next week. Have there been similar incidents reported?
