During the accident, the airbags did not deploy, and the seatbelt failed to lock, which resulted in me not being properly restrained. As a result, I suffered a mild concussion along with significant bruising.  In addition to this serious safety concern, we have made numerous complaints regarding ongoing electrical issues with the vehicle. These include the screens frequently changing languages and measurement units, blacking out entirely, or becoming unresponsive. The paddle shifters have also never functioned properly, despite the vehicle being serviced multiple times for this issue.  What is especially concerning is that these same problems are widely reported by other Jeep owners online, yet they continue to go uninvestigated and unresolved.
