The brakes on the truck do not begin to engage until the brake pedal is depressed greater than 50% of its travel. The initial feedback of the brake pedal within the first 50% of travel is numb with virtually no resistance. While driving the truck from the purchasing dealer in Warrenton, VA to Chicago, IL, I encountered several instanced during medium to heavy traffic where I expected the truck to stop, but the significant vagueness in the pedal turned a routine slow down situation into an emergency/panic stop. After putting ~1200 miles on the truck, it has not gotten better. I am currently waiting to see the results of our other \"twin\" truck (XXX) that is currently at a local dealership in the [XXX]  area. There are no warning lights on and, as of now, the dealership has had the truck for almost 2 weeks with no resolution currently available from the service department, nor the manufacturer.
