Insurer had Safelite come to replace the window but technician could not complete the replacement since the black plastic wiper motor plastic assembly was cracked. Just found a new motor assembly at Nissan Dealer (Capitol in Wilmington, NC) and purchased out of pocket for $380.68 after negotiating a reduction of $200 with the dealer.
