The thieves were able to bypass security system. The thieves were able to bypass the factory security system and/or alarm. I reported the incident to the police.They did not hand me a report number but took my information  and want this complaint documented as a potential security system issue. The keys were in my possession, and no modifications were made to the factory security system. I request that Honda log this complaint for investigation and provide me with a case number for my records. Please let me know if additional information is required.
