In cold weather, the driver\u2019s door will not latch shut and can open by itself while driving. The door may appear closed but fails to remain secured, creating a significant safety risk.  An authorized Jeep dealership inspected the vehicle and confirmed moisture intrusion affecting the latch and release cable. They recommended replacement with updated components. This failure aligns with Stellantis Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) 75567, which addresses latch issues.  I have opened a case with Stellantis (case #95335285) and have repeatedly sought resolution. However, I have been unable to obtain help or speak with a case manager, leaving the issue unresolved. No repair has been performed yet.  Since a door that does not remain closed is a serious safety risk, I am requesting NHTSA\u2019s assistance in reviewing this safety concern.
