The vehicle has also experienced ongoing electrical problems, including lighting failures, blown fuses, and shift-interlock malfunctions, which suggests an electrical system fault affecting multiple safety-related systems. These issues create concern that the airbag control system may be impacted by the same electrical malfunction.  The vehicle has not been repaired or diagnosed by a dealer for the airbag issue. The condition is still present and the warning light remains illuminated.
