I took it to the dealership the first time and they said the whole thing was frozen solid. I had to pay $365 since it is not covered under warranty for them to completely thaw it out and put new DEF in the tank. 7 days later it froze up again. The Service DEF System message seems to come on every time I have already been driving for awhile.
