The dealership confirmed the failure was not due to neglect or wear. Due to the safety risk the repair estimate exceeding $14,000 for the safety system and regular repairs,  I was forced to trade in the vehicle. Honda denied goodwill assistance on the safety systems (power steering rack & ABS modulator) November 17, 2025 saying vehicle is out of warranty and cited value and year of the vehicle.
