The vehicle displayed a check engine warning light, and the selling dealer, CarMax Schaumburg, confirmed issues requiring repair, including a faulty oxygen sensor, brake-related repairs, and a suspension link. The vehicle was taken in for service, parts were ordered, and repairs were performed.  Despite these repairs, the same issues reoccurred, requiring the vehicle to be returned for additional repair attempts. The problems were therefore reproduced after the initial repair, confirming the existence of unresolved defects. The vehicle was not reliably safe during this period.  These failures posed safety risks due to reduced braking reliability, compromised vehicle stability, and engine performance concerns, which could affect drivability and safe operation under normal conditions.  The defects were confirmed and serviced by the dealer, as documented through service communications and voicemail messages from CarMax. Warning indicators, including the check engine light, were present prior to repair and prompted service visits. Exact mileage at the time of the incidents is UNKNOWN, as it was not clearly disclosed at purchase.  Before the issues were fully and permanently resolved, the vehicle was repossessed, resulting in the loss of the vehicle while unresolved safety and mechanical defects existed. The repossession prevented further inspection or repair by the consumer. The repaired components and service records should be available for inspection through the dealer.  No police or insurance inspection occurred in connection with a collision, as the issue involved mechanical and safety defects rather than an accident.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2015","productMake":"INFINITI","productModel":"QX60","manufacturer":"Nissan North America, Inc."}]}]}
