After taking possession of the vehicle, I noticed inconsistencies related to the title and odometer reading.  I titled the vehicle on December 1, 2025, prior to full confirmation of these discrepancies. Subsequent investigation through Experian AutoCheck, consultation with the Virginia DMV, and inspection by a licensed mechanic revealed evidence consistent with title jumping and possible odometer tampering.  Additionally, a mechanic identified indicators consistent with prior flood damage that were not disclosed at the time of sale.  I acted in good faith and relied on representations made during the sale, including the use of the business name RideTime LLC.
