Subsequent inspection revealed cut wiring and improper repairs (Invoice #94609).  CURRENT STATUS: Vehicle inoperable 3+ months. Audi corporate technicians have repaired major problem however vehicle still has charging issues that happened right before the catastrophic failure unable to repair.  SAFETY CONCERN: Smoke-filled cabin endangered occupants.
