On Star and GM know this is an ongoing problem, but no recall has been issued.  Neither company will repair unless an $1100 fee is paid.  Why install On Star if you know it will malfunction.  Since there is a monthly service fee I think they need to make sure  the vehicle has the correct parts.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2022","productMake":"GMC","productModel":"YUKON","manufacturer":"General Motors, LLC"}]}]}
