Came out and got back on the road and about ten minutes later a loud bang and the back window shattered.  A quick google said it\u2019s a known problem on this model with the power sliding window due to the rear defrost and there\u2019s a recall for Canada and 10 us states but Illinois isn\u2019t covered.  Hard to understand when it\u2019s the same part number.  GM customer service rep also stated they won\u2019t cover it when we called the corporate office.  If we\u2019d been alerted we would\u2019ve disabled the rear defrost long ago.  Frightening to know it\u2019s a fire hazard and what if we\u2019d had children in the back.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2015","productMake":"CHEVROLET","productModel":"SILVERADO 1500","manufacturer":"General Motors, LLC"}]}]}
