It seems to happen mostly when the battery is drained. Took it to dealer but they tried to say it was normal which we stated it can\u2019t be normal to not be able to defrost your windshield in the winter. I called mopar and they opened a case which then the dealer said they had luck changing a coolant valve that tends to stick. Not sure if that will fix issue or have seen people have luck with the ECH.
